Another resolution for this year - take part in Illustration Friday more regularly. A quick sketch in response to their creative prompt is great to stop me becoming over absorbed in current projects!
I like this a lot. Strange and poetic. I was JUST wondering the other day how you are liking your studio? Its so interesting to me when a thought like that flits in about a person I've only met on this screen. But, there you have it, you were in my consciousness... I imagine because I sooo NEED to have a dedicated, sacred workspace.
I LOVE IT!And so differant from your other work. I can see you are really stretching yourself and growing (although I LOVE your other work too, especially the crows). I'm glad you are having so much fun in the studio. Cenya
Great sketch Danielle...45 mins would be REALLY quick for me, lol! Glad to hear you're loving your studio, it makes such a difference doesn't it. I probably need a studio away from the computer too, it's too easy to get up to make a cuppa or something and think "I'll just go and have a quick look through my blog-roll while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil"...2 hours later........
